YJ-CNC5878 Slant-Bed Heavy Duty CNC Lathe

The structural design balances operation and maintenance efficiency with practicality. The new external sheet metal simplifies maintenance procedures; the optional crawler-type chip conveyor is pre-installed at the factory and transported integrally with the machine without secondary installation and debugging. After optimizing the layout of the hydraulic power unit, operators can complete the full-process adjustment from the front of the machine. It comes standard with a Tipuma or Schott power turret, paired with THK55/55 linear guides to lay a solid foundation for high-precision movement.

The machine boasts strong power and processing capacity, equipped with a 22KW/30KW servo main motor and a spindle speed of 100-2200rpm. The maximum bed swing diameter is 780mm, capable of processing workpieces with a diameter of 700mm and a length of 1000mm. The maximum strokes of the X/Z axes reach 350/1360mm, and the repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.003mm for both axes. It is equipped with a Morse 4# hydraulic tailstock and an automatic chip remover, with optional multiple accessories. With overall dimensions of 3680×2100×2000mm and a net weight of 7500Kg, it is suitable for heavy-duty precision processing scenarios.
