YJ-CNC3240 Slant-Bed CNC Lathe (Conv)

The structural design highlights humanization and efficiency. The new external sheet metal improves maintenance convenience; the optional crawler-type chip conveyor is pre-installed at the factory and transported integrally with the machine without secondary debugging. The hydraulic power unit is rearranged, allowing operators to complete all adjustments from the front of the machine, greatly improving operation and maintenance efficiency. It comes standard with a Tipuma or Schott power turret, paired with THK35/35 linear guides to ensure motion precision.

The machine adopts a high-speed spindle with a speed range of 50-5000rpm, with a maximum bed swing diameter of 400mm, capable of processing workpieces with a diameter of 360mm and a length of 350mm. The moving speeds of X/Z axes reach 20000/24000mm/min. Equipped with a 5.5KW/7.5KW servo main motor and a Morse 4# hydraulic tailstock, it supports automatic chip removal. Optional accessories include a programmable tailstock and ha igh-pressure cooling system. With overall dimensions of 2480×1750×1800mm and a net weight of 3350Kg, its compact structure is suitable for small and medium-batch precision processing.
