Center-Drive Single Spindle Double Turret CNC Lathe Series
YJ-CK300ST Single-Spindle Double Turret Lathe
Feed System
The machine feed motions are controlled by a FANUC dual-channel CNC system, independently controlling two sets of cross slide units. Servo motors drive the ball screws to realize bidirectional feed of both the saddle and slides. Both the saddle and slides are equipped with high-precision linear rolling guideways.
Spindle System
The precision collet-type bidirectional spindle is driven by a dedicated servo spindle motor. The spindle speed can be freely adjusted within the speed range through CNC programming control.
Spindle and Spindle Drive
The machine spindle is a specially designed double-ended collet turning spindle. The maximum designed spindle speed is 400 r/min. The spindle is driven by a 22 kW dedicated servo spindle motor. Power is transmitted via belt drive, and different spindle speeds can be set through CNC control.
Feed Drive System
The feed system converts the rotary motion of servo motors into linear motion through ball screws, driving the precision slides to achieve linear feed during machining. The servo motors are manufactured by SYNTEC and provide bidirectional feed control. Ball screws and guideways are sourced from Taiwan.
The slide body is made of HT300 cast iron and undergoes annealing and harmonic vibration aging treatment to ensure structural stability.
Rapid traverse speed: 22 m/min
Minimum feed increment: 0.001 mm
Workpiece Clamping
Workpieces are clamped using elastic collets. The collet is integrated with the spindle. Different elastic collets are required for different workpiece sizes.
Required working pressure: <1.5 MPa
The hydraulic station is equipped with an oil cooler to ensure the temperature rise of the oil tank and spindle clamping unit remains below 45°C.
