The humanized structural design improves operation and maintenance convenience. The new external sheet metal optimizes maintenance paths; the optional crawler-type chip conveyor is pre-installed at the factory and transported and installed integrally with the machine, eliminating the trouble of secondary debugging. The hydraulic power unit is rearranged, allowing operators to complete all adjustments from the front of the machine. It comes standard with a Tipuma or Schott power turret, paired with THK55/55 linear guides to balance motion precision and equipment rigidity.

Equipped with an 18.5KW/22KW servo main motor, the machine has a spindle speed range of 100-2600rpm, a maximum bed swing diameter of 600mm, and can process workpieces with a diameter of 560mm ana d length of 1000mm. The maximum strokes of X/Z axes are 350/1120mm, with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.0035/±0.002mm, respectively. It is equipped with a Morse 4# hydraulic tailstock and an automatic chip remover, supporting optional multiple accessories. With overall dimensions of 3580×2000×2000mm and a net weight of 6800Kg, it is suitable for medium-heavy precision processing scenarios.
