Core Positioning and Pain Point Resolution: The YJ-CK32ST Double-spindle Double-row Tool CNC Lathe is optimized for machining both end faces of shaft parts, accurately addressing traditional processing difficulties. The conventional process requires two clamping and reversing operations, which not only makes it hard to ensure coaxiality accuracy but also imposes strict requirements on operators' skills. Breaking the manual operation mode of traditional single-spindle lathes, this equipment takes full-process automation as the core, integrates an automatic loading and unloading system, and completes simultaneous machining of both ends of parts with one clamping, featuring high precision, high efficiency, and low scrap rate, and significantly reducing labor intensity.
Core Structure Design: Equipped with a 45° transverse moving double-row tool structure, it adopts a radial tool arrangement on the left and right of the spindlestock, combined with 45° tool rest installation technology, boasting strong rigidity, smooth chip remov,al and convenient maintenance. Meanwhile, the radial tool movement design reserves reasonable space for manipulator loading and unloading, effectively solving the spatial layout problem in automated operations. The whole machine adopts a linear guide and a 45° bed design to ensure machining stability and operational convenience.
Automation and Intelligent Control: It realizes an integrated automatic process of loading, machining, and unloading, requiring no manual intervention throughout, and can efficiently meet mass production needs. Relying on the PLC intelligent control system, it optimizes the circuit design by replacing some relays, which not only reduces wiring volume and improves contact stability but also lowers the manual operation threshold, further enhancing equipment operation efficiency and control precision.
