Unqualified components are directly returned and the testing data files are retained.
a. Customized component processing: The CNC machining workshop uses high-precision equipment such as five axis machining centers to produce specialized fixtures, spindle boxes, and other components. It implements "first piece inspection+sampling every 2 hours" to ensure dimensional accuracy;
b. Segmented assembly: Assemble the bed, transmission, control system and other modules in sections. Experienced technicians use professional tools such as torque wrenches and level gauges to operate. Key connection parts are treated with rust prevention, and the assembly process is recorded with images;
c. Whole machine assembly and debugging: After the modules are completed, the whole machine assembly is carried out, with a focus on debugging the synchronization of the transmission system, the response speed of the CNC system instructions, and the intelligent functions to ensure stable equipment operation.
a. No load test: After assembly, the whole machine runs continuously without load for more than 8 hours, monitoring parameters such as speed, temperature rise, and noise, in compliance with the national standard GB/T16462-2022.
b. Load testing: Using customer provided workpieces or equivalent specimens to simulate actual processing, testing accuracy, surface roughness, and production capacity, testing - real-time feedback of data to customers, and fine-tuning based on feedback.
c. Certification testing: Export equipment undergoes additional CE certification related testing and a quality inspection report is issued.
