We give priority to suppliers with international certifications, and review their production capacity and quality management systems before cooperation.; After the components enter the factory, the quality inspection department conducts comprehensive testing using equipment such as coordinate measuring machines and hardness testers. Unqualified components are directly returned and the testing data files are retained.

a. Custom Component Machining The CNC machining workshop uses advanced equipment such as five-axis machining centers to produce customized fixtures, spindle housings and other components. First-piece inspection and sampling inspection every two hours are carried out to ensure dimensional accuracy.

b. Modular Assembly The machine bed, transmission system, control system and other modules are assembled separately. Experienced technicians use professional tools such as torque wrenches and level gauges during assembly. Key connection parts are treated for rust prevention, and the assembly process is recorded with images.

c. Final Machine Assembly and Commissioning After each module is completed, final machine assembly is carried out. Key commissioning work focuses on transmission system synchronization, CNC system command response, and intelligent functions to ensure stable machine operation.

a. No-Load Test After assembly, the whole machine runs continuously without load for more than 8 hours. Parameters such as speed, temperature rise, and noise are monitored in accordance with the national standard GB/T 16462-2022.

b. Load Testing Customer-provided workpieces or equivalent samples are used to simulate actual machining conditions. Machining accuracy, surface roughness, and production capacity are tested, with real-time data feedback provided to customers. Fine adjustments are made based on customer feedback.

c. Certification Testing Export equipment undergoes additional CE certification-related testing, and a quality inspection report is issued.
