  • The equipment configuration emphasizes adaptability and stability. The integral bed is cast from high-strength cast iron, equipped with HIWIN high-precision linear guides and an automatic centralized lubrication system, effectively reducing motion friction and extending equipment service life. An 11KW servo main motor provides sufficient power for the A2-8 spindle, with a stepless speed regulation range of 150-2300rpm, a spindle through-hole diameter of 82mm, and a bar through-diameter of 68mm, balancing clamping stability and cutting efficiency.

    The 4-station electric turret ensures quick process switching. With a maximum bed swing diameter of 480mm, it can process workpieces with a maximum diameter of 250mm anda length of 300mm, with both the X-axis and Z-axis having a maximum stroke of 300mm. Equipped with a drawer-type chip removal device, the machine has a regular and compact structure (2120×1420×1650mm) and a net weight of 2800Kg. It supports an optional self-made spindle and automatic feeder to adapt to diverse mass production scenarios.
