YJ-CNC160H Flat-Bed Linear Guide CNC Machine for Large-Bore Workpieces

The core configuration of the equipment balances strength and precision. The integral bed is one-piece formed of high-strength cast iron, matched with HIWIN roller-type high-precision linear guides and an automatic centralized lubrication system, effectively reducing component wear and improving operational stability. Driven by an 11KW servo main motor, the Taiwan central drive spindle with stepless speed regulation (150-1000rpm) has a through-hole diameter of 160mm and a bar through-diameter of 155mm, adapting to clamping and cutting of large-size workpieces.

The 4-station electric turret enables quick switching of machining processes. With a maximum bed swing diameter of 600mm, it can handle workpieces with a maximum diameter of 320mm and a length of 300mm, with both the X-axis and Z-axis having a maximum stroke of 300mm. Equipped with a drawer-type chip removal device, the machine has a compact structure (2120×1420×2050mm) and a net weight of 3000Kg. It supports an optional self-made spindle and an automatic feeder to flexibly meet differentiated production needs.
