Core Configuration — Precision and Stability

The control system is equipped with the Taiwan SYNTEC 22TB CNC system, featuring high-speed computing and user-friendly operation to ensure accurate execution of complex machining programs.

The transmission system adopts THK ball screws and linear guideways from Japan, offering low friction and high rigidity. This enables high-speed movement of the X and Z axes up to 24,000 mm/min, while ensuring long-term positioning accuracy and operational stability.

High-Performance for Mass Production

The machine is powered by an 11 kW main motor, providing strong cutting capability. The hydraulic clamping spindle operates at a speed range of 100–2000 r/min and can stably clamp workpieces up to 52 mm in diameter. It supports a maximum machining diameter of 150 mm and a maximum workpiece length of 500 mm, enabling efficient and stable cutting.

A 12-station turret supports multi-process integrated machining. Combined with a maximum swing diameter of 220 mm and an optimized axis travel layout, the machine offers both a wide machining range and high flexibility. The machine’s 5,980 kg rigid structure further ensures excellent machining stability, making it an ideal solution for precision mass production of medium and small shaft components.
