The YJ-CK061TS CNC heavy-duty milling and boring machine features high precision, large power, high rigidity, exquisite manufacturing, complete functions, and high automation. Specifically designed for machining deep-drilling bits of shaft-type rotating parts in petroleum machinery, it can automatically complete the milling process of multi-spindle helical grooves, meet the heavy-duty milling requirements of workpieces, and operate stably with a 280mm diameter cutter spindle.

  • The core configuration highlights strong performance, equipped with the GSK218MC system and ball screws from Taiwan PMI (full name: PMI Technology Corporation), with a 52° hardened guideway design to enhance rigidity. A 38KW main motor is matched with a 22KW 1TX50 milling spindle for sufficient power output; the hydraulically clamped spindle has a speed range of 0.1-10r/min, equipped with a Φ630mm hydraulic chuck and a Φ100mm through-hole for stable clamping.

    The machine has a wide machining range, with a maximum swing diameter of 940mm, capable of processing workpieces with a diameter of 630mm and a length of 3500mm. The maximum strokes of the X-axis and Z-axis are 3000mm and 500mm, respectively, with moving speeds of 5000mm/min and 8000mm/min. Equipped with a K21-400D manual tailstock sleeve front chuck, it has an overall dimension of 7000×3500×3000mm and a net weight of about 32000Kg, balancing machining capacity and operational stability.
