Full-Automatic Composite Machining Process and Efficiency Advantages: It is equipped with an automatic loading and unloading mechanism and two sets of gang tools, realizing automatic one-time clamping of parts and simultaneous multi-station machining of both ends. Innovatively adopting a composite step integration design, it concentrates the machining allowance originally scattered in multiple steps, making the machining time of each step completely overlapping. Meanwhile, it completes the machining of both ends with one clamping, completely avoiding positioning errors caused by multiple clampings. On the basis of ensuring machining accuracy and reducing auxiliary time, the machining efficiency is 4-6 times higher than that of traditional equipment.
Structural Design and Full Automation Adaptation: Adopting a 45° transverse moving double-row tool structure, it combines radial tool arrangement on the left and right of the spindlestock with 45° tool rest installation technology. Compared with the traditional axial movement mode of tower-type circumferential gang tools, it has the advantages of stronger rigidity, smoother chip removal, and more convenient maintenance. The large-range radial movement design of the tool cleverly solves the spatial layout problem for the operation of the loading and unloading manipulator; combined witha linear guide and 45° bed design, and hydraulic spindle clamping method, it operates stably and reliably, adapting to automatic continuous production.
Intelligent Control and Key Parameter Adaptation: It integrates four control systems—loading, shared spindlestock transmission, double-sided symmetric turret transmission, and unloading. By replacing some relays with PLC control to optimize the circuit, it reduces wiring volume, improves contact stability, lowers the manual operation threshold, and further enhances production efficiency. The machine has an optional main motor power of 7.5KW/11KW, a maximum workpiece length of 900mm, a spindle through-hole diameter of φ30-130mm, and a speed range of 100-2000rpm (stepless speed change). The maximum travel of X/Z axes is 350mm/900mm, with moving speeds of 20000/24000mm/min, a tool size of 25×25mm, an overall dimension of 2600×1900×1850mm, and a net weight of 4100kg, suitable for mass automated processing of large-size shaft parts.
